The available process and requirements depend on the relationship and programme, including spouses or partners, dependent children, adopted children, parents and grandparents, and certain other relatives.
Examples of family-class sponsorship
Family-class sponsorship covers several defined relationships. Some categories are narrow and require a case-specific eligibility review.
